Family Career & Community Leaders Of America
Family, Career and Community Leaders of America is a dynamic and effective national student organization. FCCLA helps young men and women become leaders and address important personal, family, work and societal issues through family and consumer sciences education.

Student members may compete in various STAR (Students Taking Action with Recognition) events such as hospitality, culinary arts, baking and pastry, food garnish and presentation, fashion and housing displays, child care, and entrepreneurship to name a few. Students participate in state and national meetings with other student members from around the country.

Students must be enrolled in a FACS (Family and Consumer Sciences) related class during one semester of the eligible year of participation.

SchoolBlocks offers a unique and powerful personalized search system. A member of the public, searching for "homework" might see an announcement from the school as the first result. However, if the user is logged in, they would see their teacher’s latest homework assignment as the top result.
