Strength and Speed (4th-8th)

REGISTER

This class is designed to introduce young athletes to the weight room. It will focus on proper technique for lifting using low settings on our middle school weight equipment. The emphasis for this grade level is technique and form, so when they get a little older, they will be able to maximize their gains without risking injury. The Synergy 360 has endless options for different exercises and activities. We will also focus on flexibility, core strength, speed training, and fundamental lifts in the weight room.

REGISTER

This class is designed to work the 7th and 8th graders on flexibility, core strength, speed training, and fundamentals. We will be using the Circuit Trainers and Synergy 360 multifunction machine to work upper body muscles, lower body muscles and core muscles. We will tie the strength components to a variety of speed and agility exercise to help students be bigger, faster and stronger.
