We are very excited to get this information out for our Lady Badgers Travel Basketball Program.   The Lady Badgers program has again teamed up with the Badger Community Ed program this year.  We are very excited about this as we feel that this will allow us to continue to serve our young athletes and families and provide the best programming and communication possible.  Attached to this email are the player registration and waivers and the concussion waiver that need to be turned in by November 1 along with payment.   We will not be holding a registration night this year.  You will need to mail in the attached paperwork and payment to:

Badger Community Education
Attention:  Marie Collins
220 E. South Street
Lake Geneva, WI 53147

*All Checks should be made out to "Badger Community Education"

*We prefer that you mail this in, if you need to drop off you can drop off at Badger High School Main office and have them put it in Marie Collins' mailbox

*We are in need of additional travel coaches at the 4th, 6th, and 7th grade levels.  If you are interested please let me know ASAP.  We will need more coaches at these levels to provide the programming I have listed below.

This season brings different challenges and questions.  I appreciate your patience as we are working with the school district, WIAA, and our league directors to provide the safest, most effective, and most efficient programming we can.  It will not be perfect and we will need the parents' support to make it function and work.  I will be covering safety measures and protocols at our parent meeting.  I have not set a date and time yet for the meeting but I will get that to you as soon as possible.

In our program, we emphasize more than just the skills involved with basketball.  We will speak with players about sportsmanship, leadership, work ethic, and other lifelong skills that we think our players can benefit from at school, at home, and with their bright futures.  I have attached the link below of our Presentation Video from our Varsity season last year.  If you are new to our program, I think this would be a good video to watch with your daughter to introduce some of the values that we teach and think are important in our program.
