Thirteen Badger Tech Ed students attended the 45th annual Skills USA State Competition at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison Tuesday & Wednesday.
Students in Mrs. Steiner's and Mr. Owen's Digital Film & Video Production classes did an exceptional job with gold medals for 1st in the state in two separate events. The team of Lucci DiVito & Warren Harrison in Digital Cinema Production and the team of Jeremy Kremser & Seth Murphey in Television Production.
Those students will have the opportunity to represent Wisconsin competing against the winners from 49 other states at the Skills USA National Competition June 25th to 29th in Louisville Kentucky.
Other students competed in Automotive, Diesel, Collision Repair, Extemporaneous Speech, Prepared Speech and Team Engineering.
