The Badger Summer Strength & Speed Training program is
open to all students who attend Badger High School and those 7th and 8th grade students who live and/or go to school in the Lake Geneva/Genoa City Union High School  district (Badger High School).   Students will be following a training program designed by our own Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Each session consists of an active/dynamic warm-up, an instructional/demonstration period, a structured work out and a systematic speed/agility session. It finishes with a comprehensive recovery stretch/cool down. Each session is designed for 1 ½ hours. 9th and 7th/8th grade students will be kept within their specified grade. The strength portion of their sessions will be focused more on basic movements, being able to hold proper positions, moving through full range of motion, and eventually loading those exercises with an appropriate amount of weight or resistance.
