Strength and Conditioning (9th-12th)


 BHS Weight Room—NO COST

The Badger Summer S&C program is open to all Badger students. Students will be issued a training packet designed by our own Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Each session consists of an active/dynamic warm-up, an instructional/demonstration period, a structured work out and a systematic speed/agility session. It finishes with a comprehensive recovery stretch/cool down. Each session is designed for 1 ½ hours.
