Badger High School FFA 2020 Holiday Sale
Updated on 10/26/2020
Dear FFA Friends, The snowflakes will be falling, and the jingle bells will soon be ringing. That must mean it is time for the annual Badger FFA Holiday Fruit and Plant Sale! New this year-- we are going virtual and as contactless (as we possibly can)! We will be taking all orders online (using credit or debit cards for payment). All order pick-ups will be curbside, delivered to your vehicle. The gift boxes make great holiday gifts for employees, family members, or friends! You will find that the fruit is excellent, the price is good, the packaging is appealing, and you won’t be disappointed. In regards to plants, the poinsettias are grown by Badger students and the wreaths are finished here. We have some unique plants like lemon and lime trees which can make a very unique holiday gift!

Arnie Oswald is a fixture at Badger High School where for the past 47 years he has been teaching technology education and specifically woodworking/construction. In addition to woodworking and cabinetry classes, Oz, as he is called, also teaches Building Trades Academy, a two-year, evening program overview of the building trades with potential employment in the construction industry. Students use the skills learned in class by participating in building projects such as sheds, playhouses, and other structures. His classes are held in a large pole building located on the west side of the high school campus. Yesterday at the faculty meeting, Badger High School dedicated the building to Mr. Oswald, naming it the Oswald Construction Academy Center.
