Sign up forms were e-mailed to all athlete Badger school e-mail addresses on Tuesday, June 23rd. You MUST SIGN UP for each session since there are limited spots available. Once the spots are full, those sessions will be closed.

  • Week 1: July 1, 2, 3
  • Week 2: July 6, 7, 9
  • Week 3: July 13, 14, 16
  • Week 4: July 20, 21, 23
  • Week 5: July 27, 28, 30

SESSIONS

  • 7:00 a.m. : Grades 10th, 11th, 12th
  • 8:30 a.m. : Grades 10th, 11th, 12th
  • 10:00 a.m. : Recommended for Incoming Freshmen

 BHS Weight Room—NO COST

The Badger Summer S&C program is open to all Badger students. Students will be issued a training packet designed by our own Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Each session consists of an active/dynamic warm-up, an instructional/demonstration period, a structured work out and a systematic speed/agility session. It finishes with a comprehensive recovery stretch/cool down. Each session is designed for 1 ½ hours.
