The Badger Summer Strength & Speed Training program is open to all Badger students. Students will be issued a training packet designed by our own Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Each session consists of an active/dynamic warm-up, an instructional/demonstration period, a structured work out and a systematic speed/agility session. It finishes with a comprehensive recovery stretch/cool down.

Each session is designed for 1 ½ hours. Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors can choose the 7:00 a.m., 8:00 a.m. or 5:30 p.m. session.  The 9:00 a.m. session is dedicated to incoming freshmen and students with little to no experience with strength training. This session focuses more on basic movements, being able to hold proper positions and then moving through full range of motion.
